Tuesday 4/12: run 4.1 miles, walk .4 miles total 50 minutes

Sunday 4/3: stationary bike: 60 minutes, 17.25 miles
Monday 4/4: run/walk 5 miles, 60 minutes
Tuesdsay 4/5: off
Wednesday 4/6: off
Thursday 4/7: stationary bike: 35 minutes, 8 miles
Friday 4/8: off
Saturday 4/9: run/ walk 5 miles, 60 minutes

Friday 4/1: Arc- 30 minutes, run 20 minutes (1.7 miles)
Saturday 4/2: precor elliptical: 60 minutes

Monday 3/7: 6.0 miles, 67 minutes (run 4.75, walk 1.25)

Sunday 2/27: 30 minute run/walk (2.5 miles) with Alyssa
Monday 2/28: 2.5 mile run, 24:32 minutes + ab/leg machines for 25 minutes
Tuesday 3/1: studio cycle spin class, 60 minutes + 15 minute warm-up spinning
4 mile walk
Wednesday 3/2: REST
Thursday 3/3: 3 mile run/ 30 min + 15 min/1- mile walk
Friday 3/4: 3.5 mile run/ 33 minutes + .6 mile walk/10 minutes
Saturday 3/5: cardio circuits (15 min each: arc, run, bike, stair climber (10 min))

Monday 2/21: 8.2 mile walk/run (mostly walk), 1:50 minutes
Tuesday 2/22: 4.2 mile walk with friend, 1:10 minutes

Friday 2/25: Rest (still lazy)
Saturday 2/26: Run/walk 5ish miles @ local state park

Wednesday 2/9: makeup Tuesday run- 4 miles @ 6mph pace, 10 minute cool down @ 3.5 mph pace
Thursday 2/10: run 2 miles (6mph),  repeat twice: walk .5 miles (4mph), run 1 mile (5.9mph) total: 5.25 miles, 60 minutes
Friday 2/11: Michigan trip--SICK

Wednesday 1/26:  run: 3 miles, 34 minutes (gym treadmill)
Friday 1/28: run/walk: 5.2 miles, 65 minutes (gym treadmill)
Saturday 1/29: run/walk: 3.2 miles, 40 minutes (home treadmill)
